HOA Dues

The following items are included in your monthly HOA Dues:

Regular Recurring Services:

Snow plowing of your driveway
Hand shoveling of your sidewalks
Water - both domestic and irrigation
Sewer
Garbage pickup
Irrigation system startup and shut down
Landscaping maintenance (front of unit only)
Grass mowing (around entire unit)

Regular Mainenance as needed per Reserve Plan:

Re-staining of siding and garage doors
Re-finishing of front entry doors
Re-staining of decks
Roof replacement and repair
Driveway crack sealing and top-coating

In order to pay your HOA dues and view other financial information about your account, you need to log into the Basic Property Management website.
