Sanctuary at Keystone - Architecture Review

Any modifications to the exterior of your unit, or certain modifications to the interior of your unit, require that you submit an Architectural Review Request to the ARC (Architectural Review Committee). Examples of modifications that need a request are listed below. This is not intended to be an all-inclusive list so if it is not on this list, that does NOT mean an Architectural Review Request is not required.

Examples of Exterior Modifications that require a Request

Changing the color of any exterior surface
Re-staining of any exterior surface
Changing any lighting fixture
Changing any house numbers
Replacing any deck material
Extension of any deck or patio
Adding any structure
Adding or changing of any landscaping
Adding or changing any driveway configuration
Sealing or any top-coating of driveway surface

Examples of Interior Modifications that require a Request

Any change in plumbing configuration
Any change in wiring configuration
Removal of any wall
