For any cable TV issues you should contact Xfinity Customer Service directly at 855-307-4896. This is the number for Xfinity Bulk Services Customer Service. Do NOT call the general Xfinity number as they will not be able to help you. You can also visit the Xfinity store located in Silverthorne. |
If the cars are parked at a unit that is being used by the owners, or guests of the owners, it is best to approach them and ask them to move them. If the cars are parked at a unit that is occupied by renters, the easiest solution is to approach them and ask them to move them. You can also call the STR Hotline, 970-368-2044, and report the issue so that is recorded as a complaint against that rental license. |

If you have questions about landscaping in the front of your unit, you can call Tim Huiting at 513-608-1691. If you wish to do enhance the landscaping in the back of the unit, that is an option that homeowners can do at their own expense. You can use any landscaper you choose, but if you wish to use the Sanctuary's contract landscaper you can contact Great Pines Landscaping at 970-409-2266 or jesse@greatpineslandscaping.com. Please note that homeowners are responsible for the maintenance of any landscaping you do in the back of your unit. |

If the noise is coming from a unit that is being used by the owners, or guests of the owners, it is best to approach them and ask them to be quiet. If it is after 11:00 pm and the noise is coming from a unit that is occupied by renters, you should call the STR Hotline, 970-486-1444, and report it. You must give them the address of the unit. They will contact the designated agent for that rental. You can also call the County Sheriff but it is important to also call the STR Hotline because they track complaints issued against each rental property and if there are excessive complaints, their STR license can be pulled. Please note that the County's quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am so unless it is excessive noise, such as large outdoor speakers playing music, they will not enforce noise complaints prior to 11:00 pm. |
