Sanctuary Facebook Group Open to Sanctuary Owners

The Sanctuary has a community Facebook page specifically for personal use. This Facebook page has nothing to do with our HOA - it is strictly to aid in social interaction among Sanctuary owners.

Viewership and usage of the Sanctuary group Facebook page is limited to only Sanctuary owners. Maybe you are interested in skiing with a neighbor or need a ride....what about the old fashioned ask a neighbor for some milk instead of running out to the grocery store or....Happy Hour at our place - stop on over....or there is a bear in the neighborhood, beware. Again, this site has nothing to do with HOA issues. Our Property Management Company (Basic Property Management) will not have access to this site because they are not a Sanctuary owner.

Sanctuary to Sign 5-year Contract with Xfinity for Bulk-Rate Cable TV and Internet Services

The Sanctuary will be signing a new 5-year contract with Xfinity for Bulk-Rate Cable TV and internet services for all homeowners in The Sanctuary. The new rates will significantly reduce costs for almost every homeowner. The new rates are expected to start sometime in September. Homeowners will soon be receiving and email from the Board explaining the new rates and what is included. This will be followed by an email from Xfinity outlining how the transition will work. Most homeowners will not have any changes in equipment depending on what style box they currently have. Stay tuned!
